Whether you’re a junior looking to get into cooking or a professional chef wanting to develop your skills, there’s something for everyone at our Cookery School. Like everything at Tewinbury, our vision for the Cookery School is to create food that’s fresh and sustainable - which is exactly why we use high-quality ingredients either from our own organic gardens or from local suppliers.
We offer half-day and full-day classes for groups or as private sessions. You'll get your own apron and we'll also be serving plenty of complimentary food and drinks to keep you fuelled. Each course provides full culinary training and you’ll leave with a certificate endorsed by the Independent Cookery School Association and the Craft Guild of Chefs.

Head of our Cookery School, Chef Lee Maycock FCGC has worked in some of the top Michelin-starred kitchens around the world. A passionate and food-obsessed individual, Lee is a huge ambassador for fresh, local, sustainable produce and is full of knowledge to share.
