Our family are always busy harvesting our 700 acres of Hertfordshire farmland with various crops from wheat to chickpeas. You'll find a lot of the produce on our menus comes from our very own Tewin Farms.

What can we say? We're proud of our working farm side of the business, and we'll always aim to support the local farming industry and reduce food waste. In fact, we have exciting plans to extend our veg garden and introduce new ways to enjoy the fresh goods we farm (hint, hint: it may include gin!).

  1. Read our guide

There's plenty to see when pottering around our estate and our walking maps will take you directly through the main crop fields. You can stop by Tewin Greens and visit our on-site gardener, Lloyd. And, who knows? You might pick up some gardening tips while you're there.

Oh, and you'll likely see our owner and founder, Uncle Ivor Williams and Farm Manager, Martyn Mathews who are often out on their combine harvester and tractors - be sure to give them a wave!
