We’ve partnered with master chocolatier Paul A Young to create a chocolate led afternoon tea on the farm, launching from 30th April. It’s indulgent but balanced, built around proper ingredients and a lighter touch. Expect cocoa nib infusions, warm double chocolate chip scones with sea salted caramel, and savouries that lean into the unexpected, from cucumber with chocolate cream cheese to smoked cheddar and caramelised onion. It’s familiar, just done differently, and available to book for both private gatherings and slower afternoons on the farm.
On the sweeter side, it moves through rich chocolate brownie with ganache and cocoa nibs, rhubarb and thyme white chocolate tart made with fruit from the farm, and chocolate loaf cake with Earl Grey butter. Served on selected dates, it’s a slower way to spend an afternoon, with chocolate at the centre and the farm all around you.
