Wine Dinner
An evening built around good wine, proper food and a long table in the Granary Kitchen.
We’re welcoming Noémie Guez from Domaine Saint-Pancrace to the farm for a one-off dinner. Wines from Provence, poured alongside a menu shaped by what’s coming out of the farm and the season around it.
Provence is all light. Long days, dry heat, wild herbs in the air. It shows up in the wine, fresh, mineral, quietly complex.
Saint-Pancrace sits at the foot of the mountains in Côtes de Provence. A small, family estate that started with a single hectare of vines in 1890. Since then, it’s been kept simple. No shortcuts, no overworking the land, just careful growing and considered winemaking.
Noémie will be with us on the night, talking through each wine as it’s poured.
The wines
Start with a glass of Domaine Allimant-Laugner Crémant d’Alsace Rosé NV, poured as guests arrive.
Then into Noémie’s wines from Domaine Saint-Pancrace in Côtes de Provence:
Domaine Saint-Pancrace Rosé 2025
Fresh, pale and properly Provençal.
Domaine Saint-Pancrace Parcellaire Blanc 2024
Mineral, bright and made for seasonal food.
Domaine Saint-Pancrace Parcellaire Rouge 2023
A lighter, elegant red with enough structure to carry the evening.
And yes, there will be two glasses of rosé. Because one never feels like quite enough.
Each one matched with a course from the kitchen. Seasonal, straightforward and designed to sit naturally alongside the wines.
The Granary Kitchen, right in the middle of the farm. Open kitchen, shared tables, nothing overdone. Just a good atmosphere and an easy pace to the evening.
