Start with clay shooting on the Tewinbury grounds followed by a long-table garden lunch at Tewin Greens. It’s a full afternoon out — whether you’re a seasoned shot or a first-timer.
After the shoot head down to the garden for a relaxed seasonal lunch straight from the beds. Think fresh salads grilled veg and generous sharing plates with a few drinks to go with them.
Ticket includes clay shooting session, lunch and a welcome drink. Additional drinks available to buy.

Menus change with every Roots event, as Chef Lee will forage through the garden on the day to pick the finest, freshest ingredients for your meal. Each dining experience is truly unique, reflecting the seasonal bounty of our garden and the chef’s creativity.
Charred Sourdough with Lemon Whipped Butter
Half the Garden Hummus with Baby Carrots, Baby Fennel, and Candy Stripe Beetroot
Whole Beef Tomatoes: Picked, Sliced, and served with Smoked Sea Salt & Lemon Oil (using lemon from the starter)
Tewinbury Beef Brisket with Warm Potato Salad
Roasted Plum with Honey Yoghurt and Wild Flowers
Beetroot Brownies (crafted from beet trimmings from the second course)
Wines will be paired on the evening
