We're honoured to welcome Chef Lee Westcott, one of the UK’s most innovative voices in modern British cuisine, for a very special edition of Roots Dinners.
With a résumé that spans Noma, Tom Aikens and Jason Atherton, and a Michelin star earned in just seven months at Pensons, Lee brings a depth of experience and a field-to-fork ethos that perfectly aligns with our values.
This is your chance to taste a seasonal, garden-inspired tasting menu set in our Market Garden dining space. Expect inventive plates that champion the very best of British produce.

Menus change with every Roots event, as Chef Lee will forage through the garden on the day to pick the finest, freshest ingredients for your meal. Each dining experience is truly unique, reflecting the seasonal bounty of our garden and the chef’s creativity.
Charred Sourdough with Lemon Whipped Butter
Half the Garden Hummus with Baby Carrots, Baby Fennel, and Candy Stripe Beetroot
Whole Beef Tomatoes: Picked, Sliced, and served with Smoked Sea Salt & Lemon Oil (using lemon from the starter)
Tewinbury Beef Brisket with Warm Potato Salad
Roasted Plum with Honey Yoghurt and Wild Flowers
Beetroot Brownies (crafted from beet trimmings from the second course)
