For one night only join us under the garden lights for an Italian inspired Roots Dinner with special guest Chef Francesco Mattana. A Sardinian chef teacher and viral star with more than 1.5 million followers across TikTok Instagram Facebook and YouTube.
Francesco is known for his infectious energy his knowledge of regional Italian cuisine and his passion for sustainable cooking. For this collaboration he teams up with Chef Lee Maycock to create a menu inspired by his Sardinian roots bold rustic and hyper seasonal served in the Market Garden.
