The Cowshed now comes to life on Friday & Saturday evenings transforming into our Cowshed Steakhouse.
Working alongside the best local suppliers, our Chefs & Restaurant Team can now provide you with an amazing evening experience. Being a working farm, we know the importance of being environmentally friendly and have great passion in sourcing our ingredients from local suppliers. We work closely with The Rare Breed Meat Company who are a family run business, the same as Tewin Bury Farm Hotel.
They take pride in seeing the very best meat from rare breeds back on the consumers table. Their beef is hung for 21 days to maximise tenderness and our steaks will be sourced from the British Angus Cattle which thrive on grass-based systems.
With Sirloin, Fillet, Ribeye & Chateaubriand featuring on our menu, it offers all you need to enjoy the perfect steak, cooked just the way you like it! Lamb will also be a choice on the menu. The award winning Mimram Valley lamb flock is reared here on our beautiful farm so you can be sure it is as fresh as possible.
